Enter into an inviting open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space—perfect for gathering together. This floor features a spacious bedroom with two Queen beds and an attached full bath. For convenience, this bathroom features dual entry doors, making it accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.
Lower Level: Fun & Relaxation
Head downstairs to find the ultimate entertainment zone. Unwind in our private indoor spa room, or host a movie night in the family game room. This level offers privacy for large groups with two suites: a King bed room with a full bath nearby, and a Bunkbed Room (sleeping up to 5) with its own full bath. Both bathrooms in this level has direct access to indoor spa room.
Upper Level: Views & Charm
Take the spiral staircase up to the upper level. Here you’ll find two additional sleeping quarters: one featuring a Futon and the other a Full-size bed. A full bathroom inside the futon bedroom and both rooms offer unique access to the outside deck stairs, making it easy to slip out for a morning coffee with a view.

Everything in the house was perfect. My family and I had a marvelous time. They loved the hot tub, and the closeness to the village. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful house for a family trip! Host was very responsive. The lake itself is hard to enjoy and no way to rent a boat! Good hikes around and the village is fun.

Our stay in the cabin was great. The rooms and restrooms were all very clean. Kevin from the cabin was extremely helpful whenever I had a question—he responded quickly every time. The cabin itself is perfect and conveniently close to everything.

Our family stayed here for a vacation, and unfortunately, the house did not live up to the listing photos. The pictures appear to have been edited way too heavily, making the home look much nicer and more updated than it actually was. In person, the house felt outdated and worn.There were spider webs throughout the house, and the jacuzzi water was dirty with things floating in it, which made us uncomfortable using it. The A/C in the pool room also did not work.When we arrived, we were about 30 minutes early and the cleaning crew was still there. We told them not to worry about us and that we would wait in the car so they wouldn’t feel rushed. We tried to be considerate and give them time to finish, so it was disappointing to find these issues afterward.There were also some smaller inconveniences. The TV remote did not work properly for the volume, and there was no obvious sign or note with the Wi-Fi password. Having that information clearly posted would have been a simple convenience for guests.Overall, our biggest disappointment was the difference between the listing photos and the actual property. We understand that a vacation rental doesn’t have to be brand new, but guests should be able to expect the property to reasonably match what is advertised.

I apologies for the issues but Please be clarify you arrived WAY earlier than your check in time NOT just 30 mins when we already mentioned we have same day guest check out!!! And while cleaning team doing their cleaning, All your people stand outside the house and all the cars really give them lots of pressure and rushing. Our spa maintenance lady is nearby and ready for any issue but you didn’t mention anything for the spa. We replaced the issue remote while you use your iPhone for remote. From asking to smoke, to change to weekend rate dates and to last min provide list for lake access, we tried our best to accommodate your need but some just won’t allow due to mountain area rules!! I won’t suggest you as a guest for other host!!

We had an amazing stay in Lake Arrowhead with a group of 13 people, and the house was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the indoor jacuzzi was a huge highlight—especially after long days enjoying the mountain air. The game room kept everyone entertained and made our nights so much fun. The home was clean, well-equipped, and great for group gatherings. Overall, it was the perfect place for a large group getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our family (8 of us) enjoyed a relaxing time at this lovely mountain home. It is spacious and easily accommodates a good sized group, with multiple areas inside and out for gathering.One note of caution: there are MANY stairs, including stairs down to the house itself, so this is not a property that is appropriate for anyone with a handicap or seniors that are challenged with stairs.

Amazing house and host!

What a beautiful house at an amazing location!! Kevin was a great host and responded to our several inquiries very quickly. We would love to stay here again once my son is a little older. My only warning is for families with very small children (my son is almost 2), there are several fall hazards for the little ones and we needed to corral him away from the stairs/living room couch area. However, the bigger kids (7, 9, and 11) loved the house, when we were swimming in the lake they all kept begging to go back and play at the house.

Arrow wood area is the prime location in Lake Arrowhead, this place is perfect for family with kids or friend's gathering with walking distance to village, shops, restaurants!! Perfect weather all season long!!

What makes this property unique

There is nothing like enjoying the outside deck in the summer evenings or hot tub spa/jacuzzi during winter or even all season long!! Open living room and cozy family room!! Two decks on main floor and lower level with fresh air blowing and forest view!! Spacious 5 rooms and 4 baths (inside cabin), pool table above garage and it's own bath inside garage. Our family love the cabin and sure guest will enjoy as well :)
