Welcome to Houston to this modern duplex home centrally-located gem with open-concept living area, large windows letting the natural light in and a fully equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances. Oven with built in Air fryer and large refrigerator
2 Bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a bathroom off of one of the bedrooms that features a bathtub and 2 sink vanity, hair dryer, and essential amenities
It is a duplex and the back is occupied.

2. No smoking – Keep the space fresh and clean for all guests.
