Accessibility: This home is a rambler with three steps to enter the front door.
Once in the front door there are no stairs on the main level, but there is a basement. The main level has two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, and a living room.

Parking: You will have access to the large two-car garage to park your cars and store any ski, snowboard, and outdoor equipment. There is also a large driveway with room for four additional cars. Street parking is not allowed during winter months as the snowplows have a hard time maintaining the roads with cars on them.

In town for Archery Tournament

We were in Salt Lake for an archery tournament and this house was perfect for us. It was 2 blocks from the convention center and really close to places to eat. We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful.

Fabulous!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! This house was so clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, quips, and cotton balls. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all essentials to cook and store food! The house is a few blocks from the Mountain Expo Center which made our stay so convenient to our event. I will definitely be booking here again if we come back to the area.

We are Scott and Heather Tasker, and Abe and Andrea Denzer, long time friends and business partners. Scott and Abe are both skilled handymen who decided to embark on the adventure of gutting and remodeling this home with the thought of renting it out for short term rentals. It has been a labor of love and we think any guest who chooses to stay here will be impressed and appreciate their skills and attention to detail. We are outdoor enthusiasts and love mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, skiing, and pretty much anything in the great outdoors. If you are coming to Utah and need any advice on great places and ways to explore the outdoors, just ask! We would love to share some of our favorites with you!

Why they chose this property

This home is located in a neighborhood where both the Tasker's and Denzer's bought their first homes. It was a wonderful neighborhood to start our families in with friendly neighbors and amazing access to a myriad of businesses, shopping centers, outdoor recreation and the freeway making it a super convenient location. Both families have since moved to a neighborhood east of this one, but we certainly miss the convenience of this location and love that we still have the connection through this short term rental home.

What makes this property unique

This property has two distinct living spaces- one upstairs and one downstairs making it a perfect vacation rental to travel with another family or a large group. You can completely close the spaces off from each other with a door, or leave the door open and enjoy access to both levels. This property was also gutted down to the studs, walls moved and plumbing moved. Everything is new including the furniture, bedding, linens and kitchen utensils.

The location of this property is also amazing. If you are coming for an event at the Mountain America Expo Center or America First Field, we are walking distance! We are also walking distance to a Trax station (our local light rail system). We are about a mile an a half to freeway access making it a breeze to get downtown, Park City, the airport or any other location you may want to visit while in town. And lets not forget the ski slopes- we are a straight shot to the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, home of Alta and Snowbird, and about 8 miles to Big Cottonwood Canyon, home of Brighton and Snowbasin.
