Perfect getaway

Eric and Molly were excellent and very helpful throughout the trip. The cabin it’s self was great, all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. This is certainly going to be our go-to place when we’re looking to get away for the weekend.

Nature and convenience-best of both worlds

The house has a great layout. The garage provides convenient parking. The location is 10 minutes from downtown NAU and restaurants. There are comfortable beds with ample linens and towels. Great place to stay for some R&R.

Great location

Great location and house. We loved our stay and the property managers were very responsive. The only feedback I would give is the items like linens and towels seemed old and there were not a lot of extras. This is minor. We loved our stay and would go back.

Cute home in quiet area

Overall home was easy to find and clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and didn't get to spend a lot of time in the home but the accommodations were comfortable. The house was loaded with everything you might need in the kitchen and the area provided space to roam around in between games.

Roach Infestation

My husband and I took my son and a few of his friends to stay at this cabin in July 2024. The size and location of the cabin are both great. The home is a bit outdated but appeared mostly clean (except the carpet, which was visibly dirty). The biggest issue is the kitchen has a severe roach infestation (dozen small ones). I mentioned to the property manager I wanted to work with the owner on a partial refund, which they didn't reply to and then I tried to work with VRBO (I have photos) to get a partial refund but the owner was unresponsive.

Sent wrong instructions for entry. Property manager very professional and helpful. Quick response for all concerns. Sent out the head of the cleaning crew to address concerns
