Great location with everything needed for a mountain weekend. Close to town but feels secluded. Comfortable and clean cabin with a fun family play room.
Great property with privacy only one neighbor. The host is a great guy and comes bye if you have any issues with anything. It’s fun to explore the woods on the property. We came across a small heard of elk. Flash light tag is a must at night. Beautiful view of the stars as well. We can’t wait to go back next year.
We had a lovely time at this property! The host was very accommodating, and the cabin was exactly as pictured. It was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, very clean and the beds were extra comfy. The best part was the beautiful property that we were able to walk with our dogs. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!
Great communication with the host. Kitchen had pretty much everything needed, including a toaster oven/air fryer. Super comfy bed in Master bedroom. Loved the wraparound porch. Would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a family.
The cabin was perfect stay for our family holiday getaway. The main house was warm and cozy and perfect place to relax. The bunkhouse was great for the kids to do their own thing during the day! Having a pool table was awesome - family teams allowed a fun “competitive “ environment. Being on the ten acres allowed for quiet nights and added to the overall relaxation - especially coming from a busy city environment. Definitely worth booking this cabin at anytime if the year!!
The host was very accommodating. There was a lot of space to wonder around the forest. Very peaceful for the most part — just me and my dog. Must needed “chill” weekend.
The property was amazing, we only stayed one night, so we didn't get a chance to explore the area. You are tucked up in the woods away from society, extremely roomy, great for large groups. Next time we're in the area, we will stay here again, hopefully for a longer stay.
We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of Flagstaff but still within a quick drive. Wi-Fi was reliable for working remotely and we loved our escape from the Phoenix heat.
Loved the location and the wildlife. The family enjoyed being able to spend time outdoors exploring and only having a short drive for daytime activities. Would stay again.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Loved the size of the main cabin, bunkhouse and property. Kitchen was a little tight but it was stocked with all the necessary essentials. Bedrooms, main living area and bunkhouse were roomy, comfy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed playing pool and the Burger Time, Space Invaders, and PAC Man arcade games brought us all back to the 80s! The chairlift swing was so fun and since it was too windy in the evening for us to sit at the campfire pit, there was the propane fire pit on the deck as a nice fire alternative. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. I was expecting a bare bones hole in the ground outhouse and was surprised it was so modern with a nice shower, regular toilet and big sink. The property is heavily forested so you feel like you are secluded away from everything however you can hear the train all night and the one neighbor walked her dogs onto the property twice during our stay despite her posting no trespassing signs on her side of the property. I did not alert the owner of either of these annoyances, and did not let it affect my review, since it really isn’t the owner’s fault. We did not need to use the wood pellet stoves. There was adequate heating and ac, if needed. Temps while we were there was 50s and 60s/day, 30s/night so we opened windows during the day. We would definitely recommend this property and would like to stay again.

What a great place to stay if you want to get away to a quiet place. Stayed for two nights and loved every bit of it. The dog loved the ability to roam in the woods as well. We will be coming back. Thanks for making the stay easy and enjoyable!
