Villa Cortina Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located in Vail Village, just a short 5 minute walk to Gondola One, and all of the Villageâ€™s amenities. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub; free WIFI; free uncovered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

This two bedroom two bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; and a sofa sleeper, full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

NOTICE: THE TOWN OF VAIL HAS PROPOSED A TAX INCREASE MEASURE THAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT NOVEMBER 2025. IF PASSED THIS WILL INCREASE TAXES ON SHORT TERM RENTALS BY 6% FOR RESERVATIONS ARRIVING OR IN HOUSE AFTER JAN 1 2026. IF PASSED, ALL RESERVATIONS WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE NEW INCREASED TAX RATE
