Very nice property and house to stay at. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was very nice and very informative for check in. Would high recommend and stay again if I was in the area.

Great Spot

We absolutely loved our stay in Nokomis. Nicolas was kind enough to reschedule our stay even after the cancellation policy had been passed. The property was spotlessly clean, fresh & beautiful. The little extras made our stay much easier. He provided plenty of towels, a canopy for the beach, games, sunscreen & more. The air conditioning kept up (even in a record heatwave) & the house was perfectly refreshing. Check in was a breeze, the location was convenient & the pool area was even better than the photos. Highly recommend!

This property is about 900 feet from the intracoastal waterway. Sunsets are beautiful. You can usually hear the Wednesday/Saturday drum circles that take place on Nokomis beach from the house.
