Phenomenal property facing beautiful beach. We spent 4 nights (family). Many great activities beach (including kayaks, paddleboards, beach towels), salt water pool, jacuzzi, charcoal grills, pizza brick oven. Beautiful grounds. 1 min walk to beautiful beach w pelicans diving for fish. Most of the time we had the beach for.ourselves. Excellent restaurants in Rio Grande and Luquillo.

The location of this house is amazing. Our family had the most spectacular time walking the beach, we even had the pleasure of stumbling across a sea turtle laying her eggs. The property had everything we needed and was a wonderful place to spend our time while visiting the island. Large enough for our family of five to be comfortable. Manny was extremely helpful and walked us through every aspect of the house.

The property was amazing and the manager was extremely responsive to our requests (of which there were few). Direct access to the beach that was only steps away made for some amazing sunrise views!

We were a group of 6 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Both kitchens were well stocked with both equipment and sundries. Both the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The property manager was quick to respond whenever we needed him.

The house was ideal for a family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Spent some time down by the beach but spent most of our beach time at Loquillo near the kiosks.Loved grilling every night, and had fun using the pizza oven. Made use of the poolside outdoor bathroom and shower especially after a beach day.House was clean, well appointed, w several outdoor seating areas in both sun and shade.Natural landscape was beautiful w many palm trees.It was essentially a private resort.Manny was great….met us at check in and check out and answered all our questions.We plan on returning.

A little paradise. Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we love the island. The home is laid out very well with very nice outdoor seating areas, great pool and hot tub. Nice selection of beach amenities. The home is split upper and lower with the two bedrooms being on the lower level and a single bedroom upstairs. Both have kitchens. The upper level is a bit more roomier than the ground level. Overall a very nice home.

Amazing outside resort like property

Great family resort like property close to rainforest and many other attractions. Kids loved exploring the property and the beach. The pool and hot tub kept them entertained for hours. One of our best family vacations.

Happy Place!

The Happy Yellow House has become our new happy place! Felt like having our own private resort - the pictures do not do it justice! Beautiful property, calm, peaceful beach - great for snorkeling and safe for kids. We look forward to returning someday!

Our own little paradise

We had an amazing 4 day stay at the Happy Yellow House. It was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most spending a lot of our time in the private pool and hot tub. We loved the short walk to the beach and how close it was too all the local attractions. The fully equipped home was perfect for our family of 5.

Special birthday vacation

The house worked out perfectly to reunite our family for my birthday. Our two adult children flew in with their partners and we had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We enjoyed the comfortable grounds/pool and fun amenities like the kayaks and paddle boards. The location was perfect for hiking in the rain forest and not too far for an occasional visit to Old Town San Juan.
