This lovely penthouse condo is in one of Siesta Key's luxurious complexes. The Crescent offers luxury living at its finest. Bask in the spectacular view of the world famous Crescent beach on Siesta Key from this 3 bedroom/3 bath beachfront condominium with open-air balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Living room has a soft sectional and newly updated electronics. Master bedroom has a king-size Westin Resort Heavenly bedroom. Bamboo flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-sized washer/dryer (in the condo), 4 TVs and WIFI. This lovely complex offers 2 pools the first of which is over looking the beach and the 2nd is an elevated lap pool located on the 2nd floor in the middle of the complex. If swimming or running the beach isn't enough there is also a small work out room. This penthouse unit comes with a private and secure 2 car garage. Sleeps 6 (1 king, 2 queen, Murphy bed in 3rd bedroom. January through April is 2-week minimum; May through December is 1-week minimum.
