Bright open-plan lounge, chefās kitchen, big dining table, fast Wi-Fi and 3.5 baths make life easy. Fire up the patio BBQ and dine while islands speckle the horizon. Ideal for one large or two smaller families seeking style, convenience and unforgettable views.
We ask to respect the house rules and with consideration for the other tenants in the neighborhood
1. We kindly request that noise is kept to a minimum during Quiet Hours 22:00-08:00 and maintain a
peaceful environment for all neighbors.
2. Smoking Prohibition: No smoking is allowed inside the villa.
3. Toilet Usage Guidelines: Please do not flush toilet paper, sanitary products, wet wipes, or any other items down the toilet, as this can cause clogs. Kindly use the bin provided for disposal. Thank you for your cooperation
4. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been given.
5. Event and Gathering Guidelines: The hosting of parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited within the villa. Any events or social gatherings exceeding the agreed number of occupants must receive prior approval from management.
Unauthorized parties may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the deposit.
6. The number of people within the villa perimeter should not exceed 20 at any time.
