Beautiful, lovingly furnished one-bedroom condo with west-facing mountain/sunset views and an easy-access underground parking spot. The Peloton community amenities are unparalleled: gym, pool, hot tub, common rooms, billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard, and a dog run. Marvelous location, walkable to restaurants, including three which are part of the complex, supermarkets, shopping, and so many other conveniences.
The space
This furnished condo includes: high ceilings, gorgeous entertainer's kitchen, living room with fireplace, patio with grill, and windows throughout overlooking the Flat Irons/Continental Divide.

Also: breakfast nook, secretary desk area, queen-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and utility room with washer/dryer and excellent storage. Elevator building.
