You can enjoy dinners outside on the balcony/deck upstairs, soaking in the fresh ocean air. There is an in unit washer and dryer, free parking for 3 vehicles directly underneath the home, a clear beach view from the balcony and bedroom, and it is just a short walk directly across the street to the beach!
