Wonderful PRIVATE yard with heated pool set to 85 degrees between the months of November and April at no additional cost. Home has been fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The private pool is available all year round, it is heated from October to April. Pool heaters are set at 85 degrees at no additional cost to guests. If outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature will drop below 85 degrees.
