Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals in style—whether it’s a casual breakfast or a special dinner with ocean views.
As you enter the condo, to your right is a guest bedroom featuring two Full beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. Further in, you'll discover a Queen bedroom complete with a flat-screen TV and private en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The primary King suite boasts its own private bathroom and direct Gulf-front views. Both the King and Queen bedrooms are Gulf-facing, with direct access to the oversized balcony. Outfitted with seating and tables, the balcony spans both bedrooms—offering the ideal space to relax, unwind, and take in the sights and sounds of the shoreline.
Additional property amenities include all of your kitchen items for cooking, bed linens, high quality bathroom towels and kitchen towels, high speed internet, and an initial supply of startup household supplies for kitchen and bath. The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment. Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).
