We chose this neighborhood because it is peaceful and convenient. The city center is only a 6–7 minute walk away, and the beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The walk is flat and easy, with no hills or stairs. We enjoy being close to everything while staying in a quiet area.
What makes this property unique
Our property combines privacy, comfort, and convenience. Guests can relax on the terrace with views of the city and enjoy the peaceful, fenced garden surrounded by greenery. Despite the quiet setting, the city center, beach, restaurants, and attractions are all within easy walking distance.
