Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All 6 beach badges to be returned otherwise $30 each for missing badges. Beach towels washed, folded and put back in laundry room
Ensure outside water tab turned off, grill cleaned, tank turned off.
