Our Beach Front villa offers the BEST view in the complex. A 3 Story overlooking the sandy swimming beach in front. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and all the amenities of home. There is 24 hour security with a monitored gate to allow only residents and visitors access to this beautiful property located at the top of the 7-Mile beach. Our Sunset Villa is 30 steps to feet in the sand. We are a stones throw to Booby Caye Island.
Our villa is good for singles, couples and family (no children under 10). There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each floor has a balcony with views of the Caribbean Sea. Come enjoy your time with all the home comforts including washer/dryer for convenience. Our on site manager is always available for helpful hints and arranging day trips.
Our guests will have full use of the entire 3 story villa and amenities of The Point property.
The villa has stairs to second and third levels making it inaccessible for handicapped. Smoking on balcony only.

We have made every effort to suit your comforts. Just like home - cook your own meals and utilize the washer dryer as needed. Relax ~ Come share our vacation home.

Private from the seven mile beach. Large pool, and sea rock pools. Snorkel lagoon and walking paths. There is a separate adult beach (clothes optional) for those who are daring. Full kitchen, dining area and cable + Netflix. Fiber Optic Wifi for everyone's needs while traveling. Onsite property manager can assist in arranging all your sightseeing wishes. A king suite, a queen suite and a third bedroom with two single beds allows enough comfort and privacy. Cable in living room and King suite only.
