Escape to Wooded Reserve, a bike-friendly Bella Vista retreat with direct bike-in/bike-out access to the Little Sugar Trails. This bright and airy entire home sleeps 6 and features wooded views, a unique garage lounge with secure bike storage, and inviting outdoor spaces designed for post-ride relaxation.

Wooded Reserve is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and easy outdoor adventure. The open-concept living area features tall ceilings, abundant natural light, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and gathering. An upstairs deck offers peaceful wooded views and a quiet place to relax.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests with a main-floor king bedroom, an upstairs queen bedroom, and a third sleeping space located in the upstairs loft. The loft includes two twin beds and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for kids, additional guests, or remote work. Please note: while the loft has a door at the entry for separation, it features an open-top design overlooking the main living area rather than fully enclosed walls, so sound and light may travel between floors.

Guests will enjoy two full bathrooms, including a downstairs walk-in shower and upstairs shower/tub combination.

A standout feature of the home is the garage lounge—an ideal post-ride hangout with TV, lounge seating, and secure indoor bike storage. Outdoor amenities include additional deck seating, a propane grill, and a fire pit.

We traveled here from Oregon to visit our son and his family. This home was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The size was perfect for 2 adult couples, one young child, and an infant.The open concept was nice for visiting. My husband and I stayed in the primary bedroom downstairs. My son and his young family were able to have the upstairs bedroom, bathroom, loft to themselves. We did very little cooking, but the kitchen had everything we would have needed. We opted for takeout from a nearby italian restaurant and one night we drove to Rogers for dinner at Texas de brazil. The house is located in a quiet forested neighborhood, which apparently attracts mountain bike adventure seekers. We're not them haha. We were excited to see a deer out the front window one morning and we saw several around the area. We did not use the cute little outdoor entertainment area...the temps were just too cold during our stay. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.
