This home is brand new and very nice. The home does look just like the photos. One thing to note...laundry is not available in this home. If that is important to you be sure to read the description carefully. It was not an issue for us and we would definitely stay here again. It is in a very quiet wooded area with a nice view out the back. We do recommend this home
