Would be beneficial to have a book with rules and area information. Also need some amenities, pot holders, pizza cutter and a dust pan. Host was very responsive.

We just checked, pizza cutter is in a drawer as it was always, we don't have many crazy rules in a house, because we want our guests enjoy our home as their own. all info were in a info email sent to the guest. But I will work on a info book. Pot holders are $2.00 in Wal-Mart, you could ask , ill buy it for you, it is not worth 2 stars ... But thank you anyway. Sorry that you didn't check info about pool being not heated.

Enjoyed our November stay. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you might need. It was really nice to park our car in the garage. Communications with owner was excellent. Used the laundry a couple of times since we stayed two weeks. Golf is plentiful in the area, right across the street! Lots of shopping near by. Would have liked the pool better if it was heated. Quiet neighborhood
