The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to hang any wet towels. Make sure all doors are locked and AC is turned off. You are welcome to leave any non perishable foods or condiments. Dishwasher must be emptied before you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon entering the condo, if you notice any damage to the property, report it immediately or you will be held responsible.
