Clean place, nice location for a chill vibe, very driveable to the coast or surrounding larger cities. We came here to figure out if we want to live in Oregon and the answer is yes!
The place is beautiful and easy to find, located in a cute, tree lined neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Renting a basement can be a bit of a gamble, unfortunately, the guests upstairs had young kids, so it wasn’t the quietest experience.

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We are glad you enjoyed the home, the neighborhood and the amenities. We are sorry the noise from upstairs affected your stay and appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to welcome you back again.

It’s a cute place but the advertisement does not say that it is located in a basement with a very creaky ceiling above it. The top house is rented out separately and we can’t relax at all because people are clomping around at all hours. I would not have rented this place had I known that.
We got in extremely late after flying across country so trying to find the "red sunflower" (that was about 5 inches tall and not red) marker in the dark to find the walking path that was not not lit was very difficult. The place was clean and comfortable. However it was a basement Apt. So by the 2nd night the folks upstairs showed up and were very loud at all hours. There were a couple issues with a faucet not working properly and the point of contact was not quick to respond. Infact I didn't hear back from her until the day we checked out. Since there were not not many options in the area to stay while moving my elderly father into memory care, it was a decent stay.
