GULF FRONT Hotel Suite! It is just like a CONDO!!! Phoenix Hotels

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great location

I visit Gulf Shores very frequently but this was my first time staying at the Phoenix Suites. I loved my room but the bathroom could have had more counter space. It was just a small vanity with no room to put anything. I was the only person that stayed so it worked for me. It did take 45 minutes getting down the elevator due to everyone leaving at the same time. I was on the 4th floor so I used the stairs a-lot. Everyone was friendly and I do plan to stay at this place again in the future. It was clean, safe, convenient and had the perfect view.

It was great if you love stairs!

Overall the place was great. There were several thinks we had to run out and get because the kitchen did not have enough silverware, no skillet ect.. The one and only thing I was disappointed in was there was ONLY ONE operating elevator and the place was PACKED!!!! The wait was horrible or you took the stairs and after a few trips up and down the stairs you were EXHAUSTED! It felt like I spent half of my stay either waiting on an elevator or having leg cramps from going up and down 4 flights of stairs!! I will definitaley ask if they are all working before I go back! Thank goodness I was on the 4th floor. I feel really bad for the ones higher up!!!

Issues

Overall a good experience! One issue is noise during night hours. You sign a waiver at checkin about noise yet at 2:30 in the morning we are woken up by people screaming outside, slamming doors and music. That’s the only issue we had.
