Located walking distance from DT, and readily available ride shares it will be incredibly simple to get around. If you have a vehicle on this trip, there is a spot for ONE vehicle in the driveway. No street parking. Do not leave rental scooters and/or bikes in front of the home. Consider ride sharing during your stay!
Other things to note
Your home backs to West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt and a train that passes by a few times daily. Your master suite is equipped with a noise cancelling door to ensure the elimination of outdoor noise.

Your property has a ring camera at the front door, along with three cameras to surveil the outside. None of the cameras see inside of the home.

Every room has an air filtering system installed, which promotes sustainability and an environmentally conscious mindset..

Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions:
1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM
2) Parties and events are not permitted
