Josephine House- PET FRIENDLY-15 Min to Ski Cooper w/ HOT TUB!

A large home with contemporary furnishings, a fenced-in grass backyard for your pets, and a hot tub for you and your friends/ family! You'll notice right away the electric fireplace and thoughtful seating arrangement in the main living area. Television comes with a Roku stick for a variety of programming. The kitchen is made for entertaining with a center island and windows that look out onto your large private deck and landscaped backyard paradise! Walk out to views of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a 5 piece master bath. Don't miss this incredible mountain getaway! Great access to hiking, biking, fishing, camping, and rafting as well as the ball fields and skate park! Located just a short mile from Historic Harrison Ave, the Tabor Opera House, and one of Leadville's favorite restaurants the Tennessee Pass Cafe! Some furnishings will be different than in the photos.

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG, there is a $100 plus tax fee. You MUST check the box at time of booking that you are bringing a pet, or notify us so that we can add the pet fee!

XC Team Training Event

We had a great time and the property was a perfect jump off point for the cross country teams’ runs and other activities around Leadville! The hot tub was a hit for post run relaxation!

Great place for a family

We had a great time. Our family includes three teens and they loved having their own rooms and space. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after climbing a 14er and some runs. Communication was excellent. My only wish was that the house were a little closer to Leadville's main street to make it easier to walk to.

We had a great time staying at the Josephine House. All of the beds were comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the amenities met our needs. Having the fenced yard made it much easier to care for our dog during an extremely cold weekend. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay when traveling with a larger group.

Perfect House for Group of Friends
