What a quaint little house. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the nautical theme throughout the house. Patio and Blackstone grill were a bonus. Josh our host was very easy to communicate with during our stay. All the amenities were very thoughtful. We had a very nice stay.

The place was very clean when we arrived. The host was quick to reply with questions, and they even had a welcome bag with goodies in it along with pamphlets with what to do in Grove. Would stay again!

GREAT PLACE! We were so impressed with this place - the details, the cleanliness, the quick communication! It is comfortable and homey. Definitely a place you can relax, spend time together, cook meals and have fun! Highly recommend!!

We were here on business and needed a place close to the Delaware County courthouse — this was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved looking out at the lake every morning. It gave us a sense of peace before heading back to court for trial.Everything was immaculately clean and it was decorated so beautifully. Every morning as we were leaving we'd say, "Look at those folks out on the lake — doesn't that just look peaceful?" We would absolutely love to come back sometime for leisure.Thank you so much. We very much enjoyed our stay.

From the welcome bag with travel amenities (including chocolate), cold bottled water in the fridge, extensive Keurig coffee selection, to the five star hotel quality towels, this location has all one could want in a quiet location by the lake. I highly recommend the host, whose communication was stellar, and the home, with it first class appointments.
