This ideal tropical oasis is waiting for you! With perfect coastal colors and peaceful decor throughout, you and your loved ones will enjoy every moment of your vacation here!

Completely renovated, new carpet, new kitchen with deep drawers for ease in finding pots, pans and other cooking supplies. New ceiling fans, comfortable recliner and sleeper sofa, new bedding. The condo is also equipped with books and board games and 3 TVs.

Wonderful location on the second floor with a view of the splash pad and pool! You can literally talk to your friends in the pool and watch kids play from the balcony. The patio has a table, chairs and a zero gravity lounge chair. The condo is designed for comfort and relaxation.

(Please note: Parking passes are purchased at the time of arrival at Phoenix V.)
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Good times

Wow is all I can say! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The condo was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed!! Would recommend to anyone I know to stay here.

Great Place for Kids

I would definitely stay here again with the family. If it is just adults I might look at someplace other than Phoenix V but not because there is anything wrong with this complex it just will have too many kids if you are trying to get away from them.

Great Stay at Orange Beach

Property was just as described. We ran into a few issues when we first checked in (bed frame was broken, HDMI cord was missing) but a quick phone call to the front desk and someone was right up to get it squared away. Views were awesome, beach was fantastic and the room was quite and relaxing. All in all, I would book this property again on future trips to Orange Beach.

Love Phoenix V. We have stayed many times. Staff were wonderful and so polite. A little disappointed in our room. Dryer and stove did not work well at all. Had plumbing issues in one of the restrooms.

Excellent family friendly stay!

I’m a OCD when it comes to cleanliness and this condo met all of my expectations. The condo itself was clean and so was the property. It was nice to see friendly staff always there if you had a question. The splash pad was a huge incentive for our toddler Making the stay so much more. This location is close to several restaurants shops So you could walk. I highly recommend and we will stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was great! Issues with getting tvs on. Fan in master bedroom was broken. We like a fan so felt very stuffy for us. A blade is completely missing , so there is no reason for this to still be this way. Elevators were an issue. Seems only 2 of the 4 were working. We used stairs a lot being on the second floor except when heading to beach with a cooler on wheels, husband would have to WAIT for elevator. On departure day, it was impossible to get an elevator. We had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs . This is no fault of the individual condo but pretty disappointing . Had to park across the street a few times because garage area was closed. But beach was beautiful, condo was clean !!

Great location, could use some maintenance

The location was great and the unit was clean. We had an issue with the satellite service not working and it took a few tries to find the person who would take responsibility for fixing it. The front desk said we would have to contact the owner, but I ended up communicating with the manager through VRBO and the issue was resolved. None of the locls on the bathroom and bedroom doors work, so they should probably be fixed. The bathroom situation was a bit problematic because the bathrooms are in the bedrooms, so the people sleeping on the pull out sofa bed had to come into a bedroom to get ready or use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The elevator situation on this particular property led to some long waits to get downstairs, but we were on the second floor very near the stairwell, so we mainly used that to avoid the crowded elevator lobby. The beds were very old and uncomfortable, so I was glad to get back to my own bed on arrival back home. Overall the unit is clean and well-appointed and you can't beat the location. Beach access was just out the back door, and we had a good time in the outdoor pool (when it wasn't significantly overcrowded) and the indoor pool. The balcony gets a bit loud due to being directly above the splash pad, but the doors did a good job of blocking the noise when closed.

Great place!

Kids had a blast. All rooms have ocean view. Spacious enough for 5. Couldn’t get one of the bedroom TV’s to work. Would stay again.
