Phoenix 2

Not clean, room was available early but still had dirty dishes, seashells in the sink, and sand from the floor to the bed. We decided not to do laundry their, due to all the mold in the washer. The place overall is beautiful, family friendly, nice and quiet. We had a great trip. Would have been nice to have closer eating places, rather than driving back to Foley every evening. Next time we will cookout. First time in Orange beach.

Relaxing Vacation

Great location, beautiful views, love the decor! Conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants and Walmart! The access to multiple pools and hot tubs made our stay even more wonderful, since there seemed to be lots of jellyfish lurking in the ocean during our stay! My only other suggestion would be to add a stepstool for use in the condo for us short people! . It was hard to reach the shelves in the kitchen cupboards andwas a challenge to climb up into the king size bed in the naster!

Cute little place

Easy check in process. The building and the unit could really use some updating. Easy beach access, amazing Gulf front views, nice balcony furniture and very cute decor. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. AC, washer/dryer, everything worked well. There were a few outlets that did not work, not including those connected to light switches. Good place for the price.

Wonderful Weekend !

We stayed 3 nights in this condo. It is truly luxurious..... , wonderfully decorated, updated very recently, tile and glass showers. The kitchen had the best of the best cookware and dishware. New washer/dryer, very large balcony, 4 of us sat around a nice size table and there was also a lounge chair on it. The beach was gorgeous and just steps away from the pool area; we played in the calm waters for hours - could see our feet on the sandy bottom even when we were up to our necks in the water. Close to sooo many good restaurants !!!

The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with great cookware. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated beautifully. The condo is showing its age with some broken cabinets, etc. The front load washing machine has mold as well as the grout in the shower. The master bedroom did not have a tv remote and the balcony was covered in sand from past guests when we arrived. The balcony furniture was stacked on top of each other with dead plants in a pot. The patio furniture was great though- once we cleaned it. One bedroom was missing a fitted sheet.

Beach break!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for five days. The condo was perfect! Great furniture on the balcony with a sea view, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and walk-in showers. The proximity to the beach could not have been any better. We very very happy with the condo and would definitely book it again.

The condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated in an ocean theme.

We had a great experience at the Phoenix and would stay again. I recommend bringing extra TP,Paper towel, and dish soap because they don’t replenish. My only tiny complaint was the condo looks much larger in pictures than it actually is. My sister was in from OR and we are from KY and had a wonderful time staying in Orange Beach. The condo is close to a real great restaurants and things to do. We rented a boat and explored the bay, highly recommended. The pool is amazing at the condo! Check in and out was a breeze. The elevator and trash chute both very close to your rental. Overall I highly recommend renting

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS CONDO!!!

We really loved this condo. It was my first time at the beach for Thanksgiving and it was such a treat! The condo's soothing, beachy decor was perfect. It was clean , bright and spacious and the view was to die for! You can tell the owners went to great lengths to make it comfortable for visitors. I especially love the master bedroom! We will definitely come back and stay in the unit real soon!

Beautiful and Beachy!!!!

I love this condo. It's beachy decor and cheerful and tasteful. It's perfectly situated on the 8th floor with spectacular views! Inside it is clean and fresh and well stocked with everything you need. I loved the huge walkin showers in both bathrooms. I would highly recommend unit 2085 in Phoenix 11. I can't wait to go back. In fact, already booked for later in the year!!
