About this property
Slopeside Retreat – Disciples 612
Experience the ultimate Northern Michigan ski retreat at this two-bedroom lower-level condo, perfectly positioned right on the Boyneland ski run in the sought-after Disciples Ridge community. With true slope-side convenience, you can ski directly from the backyard—or take advantage of the nearby “Magic Carpet” beginner slope, ideal for families and first-timers.
After a day on the mountain, step inside to a cozy, ski-inspired haven. The entryway features a convenient Cyclone boot warmer and plenty of hooks and shelving to store your gear. The living area sets the tone for your getaway with a ski-themed table covered in stickers from adventures past—a fun nod to the mountain lifestyle.
This comfortable condo offers flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The first bedroom doubles as a hangout space with a large sectional sofa, Smart TV, and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The second bedroom features a king bed plus another twin-over-twin bunk, ensuring everyone has room to relax. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.
While the home does not include central air conditioning, there are screened windows throughout, along with box fans to keep the space cool and comfortable during the warmer months.
Walk to the base village to enjoy Boyne Mountain’s many attractions, including Avalanche Bay and SkyBridge—the Midwest’s largest indoor waterpark and the world's longest timber suspension bridge —plus restaurants, après-ski spots, and entertainment options.
When it’s time to explore beyond the slopes, you’re just a short drive from Boyne City, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Walloon Lake Village—each offering charming shops, great dining, and a true Northern Michigan experience.
Whether you’re here for fresh powder, family fun, or mountain relaxation, this slope-side condo puts you right at the heart of it all.
