Recently Remodeled, Ground Floor Condo!
Family-style comfort tucked between the trees at the base of Boyne Mountain. The Mountain Villas provides convenient access to all winter activities.
The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, as well as a twin sofa sleeper in the living room.
This condo is a short walk to the heart of Boyne Mountain where you can easily access Avalanche Bay, the front of Boyne Mountain including Boyneland Chair lift, a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as all of the other activities that Boyne Mountain offers to guests.
During the summer you have access to a large pool where you can sit and relax or swim laps if you choose.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great and as advertised. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Make sure you get a key code for the back door which opens directly to the slopes for best ski in/out access. Also, use the parking lot gate to the north (not the gate by the water park) as the gate code doesn't work for both. For some reason I expected a washer/dryer which this unit did not have. Everything else needed was provided except for maybe a mop - that would have been helpful. Short walk to all of Boyne's culinary offerings - no more than a couple minutes.

The property was stunning! Large rooms with gorgeous furniture in the kitchen and living room. It was literally steps from Boyne Mountain activities like the water park, chairlift to the Skybridge and scenic golf cart reveal.

Perfect family vacation

We had a comfortable stay with four adults and four children. Unit was clean and functional for our two families and the location can't be beat for its proximity to lifts and Helga's House for the little ones.

Cozy Little Spot at the Base of Mountain

This was the perfect little place to access all that Boyne Mountain Resort has to offer! You can walk to pretty much everything and the place was equipped with everything we needed.
