Great home for multiple people with pets. Backyard is secure to let your pets run free. Had some freeway noise especially in the front bedroom. However, freeway noise was bearable. Overall, very nice home and surroundings.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at coyote den! Plus was bringing our dog who enjoyed the enclosed backyard. Just be careful of the front door if you have a dog that likes to escape because we were next to highway.
It’s an older property but loved the nostalgia feel. Only things that were bothersome were the game room smelled like mold or maybe because it’s in the basement. Kept windows open to air out. And avoid using all burners at once because took forever to cook our first night. But cedar creek was quick to help us when needed. Thank you and hope to visit again!
This house is better than expected. It was perfect for multiple age groups and dogs. It was clean and had everything we needed for cooking available. It also came fully stocked with games, horseshoes, dart boards and a pool table which our young adults loved.
The field we looked out at was beautiful. While sitting on the deck we saw flocks of wild geese and deer during our stay. The house is located right off a highway which is busy. The down side is the traffic. The positive is any type of car can safely drive in and park.
The house was nicely updated. The game room is downstairs in the basement area. It has a good space which included a nice sized TV. The master bedroom is on the floor with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a sitting room with a recliner for reading. All the other bedrooms are upstairs. It is a very spacious, comfortable home.
The back fence and deck are fully fenced so even a small dog can't get through. And a child would be safe on the deck. I highly recommend this property. It was a real pleasure staying.

Nice Property, OK Experience
The house is super spacious- a lot more than it looks in the photos.
The drawbacks were uneven cooling in the house, and the wifi issues, especially since there is no cellular service in the area. The wifi was down for our 4-day trip, which was quite frustrating as a lot of my group missed work calls/meetings.
You can tell no one had really thoroughly checked the house before we had checked in.
Luckily, the property owner agreed to refund $50/night which was nice of them to do.
The realty office also sent someone to the house while I was gone, which I think was inappropriate since my dog could have gotten out. I also feel bad because my dog ended up biting the employee who stopped by. Better communication could have prevented that issue.
The check-in process is a bit outdated, requiring you to drive to the realty office to get the key before check-in.
The pros are that the house is spacious, lots of beds, and great for dogs. The balcony is a huge perk with a great view! And having the grill was awesome.
The cons are the way the wifi issues were handled. It seems to be a frequent issue according to the house manual so I'd think there would be better backup systems in place or simply having someone check in on the house before check-in.
We used the time to disconnect which is not bad so there is the silver lining. But we'd probably choose another house next time.
The realty office staff was super nice and tried their best so I do appreciate that.
This house was the perfect landing spot for the long weekend, for our group of 13, including 6 adults, 5 kids and 2 dogs. The house has plenty of room where no one was constrained or crowded. The backyard is great for dogs as it is fully enclosed. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans, enough cups and glasses, silverware etc, where we did not run out after every meal. The house is also very well located and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, as well as Cameo Plaza (for summer concerts), a few shops as well as a creamery. The game room was a huge hit for the kids, and the space heater there was much appreciated. Both bathrooms are big and clean, and the half bath on the first floor was also a blessing with so many people in the house. The bedrooms are massive. We have nothing bad to say, here but a few of notes. The house is on the main highway, so if you have dogs that bolt the moment the door is opened, be aware of that. The upstairs bedroom that faces the road can be loud, so if you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs and you will be fine. The kitchen drawers should be pulled carefully, they are heavy with the pots, and iff you pull too hard, it will slide right off and land on your foot, I came close the first time. Overall, this is a solid choice for the size and location.
It was a fun weekend. The house served its purpose and we were happy it was dog friendly. The house is old and has a strange layout but sleeps plenty (we had 7 so lots of room!). Beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals.
The downside is…it is literally ON a the highway. We were so absolutely nervous about the dog getting out the front or garage door all weekend we had anxiety, as the highway is literally the front yard.
Also, wish the check in process was more updated with door codes so it’s not necessary to pick up a key upon arrival from the office and then go back and drop it off when you leave.
Overall was a good stay, but probably would not go back to this particular rental.
The house was better than the listing made it out to be. There is a tremendous amount of space, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the yard is amazing for dogs! The family room was large enough for everyone to gather around the TV or the fireplace. They even had a Christmas tree set up for the season under which where we were able to place our gifts. It was quiet, yet close to everything in Arnold.
One of the bedrooms was on the ground floor, making it easier for the grandparents.
We are looking forward to our next visit there.
Super functional, great for families, sleeping accommodations were perfect - right off highway 4, which was great for snowy weather, couldn't hear the traffic inside. Kids loved the game room and the backyard. Will definitely stay here again!
