Salt Life at its Best. First floor unit Fully Furnished. Building located across from its private beach. Perfect place to spend the day admiring the ocean and the in the afternoon cool down at the pool that faces the canal. If you get hungry you can even do a BBQ at the beach or in the pool area. Minimum stay 20 nights. Close to all restaurants and shops of Lauderdale by the Sea. Many activities to do for kids and grown ups. This place comes completely furnished with a king size bed and a sofa bed. It can easily accommodate 4 adults. All Utilities are Included- Water, Electricity, Cable and WIFI. Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay very much!! Robert was a great host, very attentive and quick response to any questions we had. Close to a lot of good restaurants, grocery stores, and beach. Lots of open spaces on the beach. We found the people very friendly. Would definitely cone back.

Perfect home away from home!

Enjoyed the month of March in this lovely condo in a great location. Photos tell the story and there were no surprises. Only wish I had signed up for the month of April too!

Séjour d'un mois.

L'annonce précise en face de la mer, ce n'est pas le cas, c'est de l'autre coté de la rue, mais pas loin, nous ne voyons pas la mer du condo tel que précisé. Il précise qu'il y a une terrasse mais elle n'est pas près de notre condo, elle est à l'arrière près de la piscine ( que trois parasols et pas beaucoup de chaise). Aucune place dans les armoires pour notre épicerie (armoires et tiroirs pas très propres). C'est la même chose pour notre linge, aucun bureau dans la chambre. Les serviettes blanches dans la salle de bain sont presque toutes tâchées, même chose pour les draps et que dire de la douche, pas lavée du tout. On paie pour le ménage, mais il est très vite fait ou pas du tout.

Am sorry you did not understood the description of the property. I guess it was a language translation error. The description does say that the property is located across the street from the beach. Also the description says that there are chairs and tables by the pool. There is a small desk and chair in the room. I know is not big but when am there it works for me. I guess you were expecting a bigger one. Thank you for letting me know about the towels and the drawers as we purchase brand new towels recently. I will be getting with the cleaning company on this issue which is very important.

Perfect location

If you love the ocean and beach this is the right place for you. Across the street from a private beach with lots of space and great beach walking and swimming. Pool and hot tub are great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus

Awesome host even better condo!

Condo was very clean and very well stocked with everything you would need. Lots of bath and beach towels, well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. Snorkeling from beach was an added bonus. Fishing on the pier and on the Starlight Fleet Drift Boat was fabulous! Host was great to work with! We will be back!

Summer vacation

The property was just as it was described in listing. It was an enjoyable location because the beach was restricted so it was quiet but you are still close to restaurants and stores when you wanted them. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to any inquiries. It was a great vacation.

We had everything we needed, all the amenities, the place was clean and well thought out, even the little details (a rack to hang wet bathing suits). Across the street from a beautiful private beach. A great deal for the price!

We are a very active family always traveling and doing something together from scuba diving, snorkeling, skiing, sightseeing and anything that is an adventure. Vivian and I believe that life is not about always working to save for the future don"t get us wrong that is important but more important for us is making memories that would last for a life time.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I love traveling and have always stayed at vacation homes instead of hotels we find them to be more comfortable. We always wanted a place by the beach and when we saw this property and everything it has to offer we fell in love with it. Beach across the street, pool, boat access, near restaurants and shops. Just great.
