About this property
Very Clean, Well Stocked Relaxing 3-Bedroom House, near Intel, Nike, Transit!
Welcome to your perfect Beaverton/Portland-area retreat! This cozy, family-friendly home in Aloha offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, streaming TVs in every room, and a peaceful garden patio — all just minutes from transit, Nike, Intel, hospitals, shops, and nature trails.
What You’ll Love:
• 3 Bedrooms: 1 Queen + 2 Full Beds, all with fresh linens & blackout curtains
• Streaming Services: Netflix, Prime, Disney+, on every TV
• Full Kitchen (and I mean FULL): Gas stove, filtered water, coffee setup, 2 fridges & more
• Garden Patio: Gas Grill for the BBQ enthusiast, and outdoor seating for quiet evenings
• Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer, iron, steamer, and essentials provided
• Comfort: Central A/C & heat, two designated parking spots, fast Wi-Fi
• Bathroom: Curling irons, facial wash, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, clean and sanitized after every guest.
• Emergency: Epi pen on hand, band-aids, full medicine cabinet (just in case you need a throat lozenge or get the flu)
Garden Bonus – Fresh Berries & Peas when in Season!
You’ll find fresh berries ready to pick during Summer. Raspberry and blueberry season runs April to July, and guests are welcome to help themselves during their stay!
A few other garden items sprout during mid spring and through summer. Sweet peas, carrots, tomatoes, squash…etc. Please pick, eat, and enjoy whatever the garden has to offer while you're here. It's a simple pleasure that makes your stay feel just a little more special.
Heads Up:
The parts of the backyard are still being landscaped/put together. This doesn't change the garden ambiance — but the home itself is fully ready, Gardeners come every other Tuesday. They will be mowing and adding foliage to the yard. We’ve adjusted our rates accordingly while we finish exterior upgrades.
Please note: There are a couple areas on the sides of the house that are not suitable for small children. We’ve added visible barriers and signage, and we kindly ask that children be supervised when playing outside. This will only last until the landscaping is complete. We appreciate your patience.
Easy Access:
Located in a quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, with convenient access to public transit and local parks. Hop on the MAX line or explore nearby farmers markets, hiking spots, and breweries.
We’d love to host you for your Portland getaway. Book with confidence and enjoy a clean, comfortable space designed for easy living and relaxing nights!

About the host
Hosted by Tanya Williams
Hi, I’m Tanya! I’m a lifelong DIYer, gardener, and proud Oregon local. I’ve always loved creating cozy, functional spaces — and this home is a reflection of that. Every room has been thoughtfully set up for comfort, relaxation, and a little bit of fun (yes, there are TVs in every bedroom!).
This house means a lot to me — I built the shed by hand, crafted the bathroom shelves, designed the trellis, and created all the garden spaces outside myself. That’s how much I love and care for this place, and I want guests to feel that warmth the moment they walk in.
As someone who values peace and quiet, I know how important it is to have a space that feels like home — whether you’re traveling for work, visiting family, or just exploring the beautiful PNW.
I live nearby and take pride in making sure everything is just right. Whether you need local tips, help with something during your stay, or just want to relax in peace, I’m happy to host you
Why they chose this property
I was drawn to the quiet, low-traffic cul-de-sac and the potential for a beautiful garden space. It’s a peaceful area that still offers easy access to transit, shops, and nature — the best of both worlds.
What makes this property unique
The location is unbeatable — it’s close enough to public transit that you don’t even need to rent a car. Whether you’re headed downtown or just want a coffee and donut, everything is just a short walk away. It’s a cozy, well-stocked home in a quiet cul-de-sac, and I’ve set it up to make relaxing easy. You’ll feel at home here — and you might not want to leave.
