2. Please be advised that the property has a metal roof and when there is snow on the roof it will slide in large quantities. You are advised to educate children, guests, elderly not to be near this area when the snow falls from the roof. Do not park a car too close to the garage. Do not allow children to play near this area.
The community is full of outdoor activities for all ages. The new ski lodge will be done by winter 2026 for skiing close to the cabin. Hiking and biking trails surround the community with a massive network of published trails. There is no place like Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. The private Beach Club has all of the toys for water fun, Lounge chairs, BBQ on the deck, Bar service.... You may never leave this area...
