Since We came to live in Los Cabos, I have lived in El Pedregal, for over 24 years there is definitely no better place or location in Cabo San Lucas to live and vacation.
It is a place that is within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas, the Villas are beautiful, the cobblestone streets give romanticism to the place, it has the view of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, there are pickel ball and tennis courts, restaurants, 24/7 security, beautiful people around you.
Among many other good things that's why we also enjoy this neighborhood!

This property was built based on all the experience in vacation rental properties, which all are born as family homes with specific characteristics for the family that built it, but are not prepared to receive guests, this Villa is designed for families and receiving guests, it has all the luxuries and amenities that you would like to have in a hotel and that they do not have, and also what you would like to have in a family home and that they do not have either, so it was designed to have the best of a villa and a hotel with all the amenities, so you can enjoy it with your family or group of friends, without having to get up early to reserve lounge chairs or share the pool ;)
