This beautiful property in a boutique 12-unit building (freshly painted and carpeted), offers en suite baths for both the primary bedroom, with king bed and the second bedroom, with a queen bed. There is a newly furnished oversized terrace, a gated entry, 2 assigned parking spaces and an infinity pool. Amenities include an in-unit washing machine and dryer, AC, heating, WiFi and 2 large TV's. There is a fully equipped kitchen. It's just a short walk to several restaurants, along with the beach, and we have provided beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. The floor-to-ceiling impact windows face west to offer unparalleled romantic sunsets and a partial view of the Intracoastal Waterway. An extraordinary destination for creating lasting memories with family and friends at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
