The vila was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Grounds were very well cared for. Pool was clean and convenient. Good showers. Parking was convenient. Was close to grocery store and restaurants. We were very pleased with everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The villa is in a great location being so close to the ocean. Living room furniture could use some updating, as it is older and smelled musty. We found the beds to be uncomfortable. We liked having the full kitchen and the sitting area outside. The weather was rainy off and on, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as we had hoped.

Wonderful location

We love the closeness of the pool, beach, the boadwalk along Deerfield Beach, and close access to many good restaurants and shopping. The property was very clean.

A wonderful place to relax

With the pool and private beach just steps away, and a quiet front porch, this villa was the perfect place for us to relax. It is also close to a nice variety of restaurants. The furnishings were tasteful and relaxing.

Great location, excellent amenities

Great location directly on a private beach with pool access. Everything we could possibly need was available for cooking meals while staying at the villa. We had a small issue with the door code, but Tom (property owner) immediately jumped in to help resolve the issue. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Best VRBO Property Yet and Value Priced

Have been coming to S. Florida for 30 years with all different levels of accommodations. If you are looking for an awesome property at a good price in the Boca area, you should definitely consider this property. Thirty feet from the ocean with all the privacy you would like at all ages. Pool is also very close! Excellent Unit! : )

Great beach house steps from the ocean.

The villa was everything we expected. Tom was a gracious host and was available immediately for a small issue that was quickly fixed. Shopping and restaurants are close and the amenities were great. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Tom! The Newmans.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed out stay for so many reasons. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was as advertised. It was perfect for our visit. My mom doesn't get around well which made this a perfect fit for out needs. We were steps away from the pool. The sidewalk to and through the upper part of the beach made it easier for here to get get access to the provided chairs on the upper beach. The staff at RFV were friendly and there to help when needed. Loved the private feeling of RFV and Hillsboro Beach but close proximity to the Deerfield Beach path, shops, restaurants, etc. Hope to come back again, we loved it.

Beautiful "Old Florida-Style" Resort on Stunning Sandy Beach

Villa G was clean and updated. Located right next to the pool and just steps from the beach. It was the perfect alternative to the standard high-rise condo vacation options along the Florida coast. Royal Flamingo has lush, tropical grounds on both the beach and inter-coastal waterway and is just over a mile walk away from downtown Deerfield Beach (pier, shops and restaurants). Great villa + great resort + great location = great vacation! NOTE: The only reason I didn't give this a 5-star review is that A1A/Hillsboro Mile is under construction right in front of the resort which makes travel difficult; particularly when you are coming from the airport.

Anniversary Celebration

The location of the Villa was wonderful ! Walk out the door and you are right beside the pool; walk past one villa and you are right on the Beach. The Ocean is visible from the front door, and just steps away. The fully equiped kitchen was ready for cooking, or simple snack preparation. Full sized Appliances, coffee machines (1 Kurig and 1 Regular) The Icemaker was quick to refill. Any requests were quickly handled by the office, Mike was around the property most of the time performing maintenance, or just sprucing things up, Very relaxing and pretty close to Restaurants and shopping
