Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the Blue Heron Beach Resort front desk to receive:



Your parking permit for the parking garage.

Your resort key card, which provides access to the building and resort amenities.



After completing the front desk check-in, you can access the condo using the check-in instructions provided prior to your arrival.



During your stay, you'll also enjoy access to the resort's amenities, including the swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, lakefront boardwalk, and other shared facilities available to guests.



Important: After booking, you'll receive a secure registration link by email. Please complete the registration before arrival. Once verified, we'll send your Arrival Instructions, including your door code, check-in details, Wi-Fi, parking information, and other important information for your stay.

Additional Cleaning: The standard cleaning fee covers normal cleaning and turnover after your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty or requires extraordinary cleaning or additional labor beyond a standard turnover, additional cleaning charges may apply.
