Newly refurbished and decorated, you can enjoy time in the hot tub, or around the outdoor gas fire pit. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch rocking chairs, or in the back garden that's shaded by pine trees.

The space
Spacious 4 bedroom home. The kitchen and dining area are perfect for family meals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The airy and elegant lounge overlooking the backyard will be the setting for an unforgettable family getaway.
Guest access
The house is very centrally located in the beautiful Moonridge area so the roads are of very easy access and also flat (very important during snow season when it becomes hard to drive around). Street parking is not allowed anywhere in Big Bear but we have a 2 car garage and a wide driveway that can accommodate 4 cars.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please dispose of all trash at a Clean Bear site: 41970 Garstin Drive, as per the City. There is a $20 charge for every bag left undisposed.
Please don't use any glass in or around the jacuzzi. And when you have finished using the jacuzzi, please put the lid on to retain the heat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi there. We originally invested in Big Bear because our family loves skiing. That hasn't always been the case, as we're from South Africa and Brazil- two places that don't get much snow! But we've grown to love it, and we've also grown to enjoy Big Bear in the warmer months too. There are so many beautiful hikes to enjoy, and opportunities to get out on the lake that makes Big Bear such a special place for us.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Snow Summit and the nearby shuttle that can take you and your ski's up the hill. We also love how quiet the neighborhood is. It's essentially a dead end, so there are very few cars driving past our home during the day.
