Jan was an awesome host that was very accommodating. The home is very comfortable and clean! The beach towels and chairs were so convenient and helpful. The location of the home allows you to access the beach and many stores for shopping. It’s also very conveniently located very close to I-75 which makes it super easy to get to Fort Myers airport!

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts are absolutely fantastic and accommodating making check in and check out seamless. The location of this property is ideal, offering such benefits as just a short drive or walk to the beach, shopping, and several fine restaurants nearby. If you're visiting the beach, it's roughly a mile away and I would suggest driving. You'll find some nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and a mat, and coolers in the garage which I thought was a very nice and super convenient for our beach visit. The outdoor space, including the pool area is absolutely great and was our favorite feature of the house. The home offers everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen areas has everything you'll need to prepare meals, and the living room is very comfortable. It's a really nice house offering two bedrooms and we'll definitely be returning!

The location of the house was fantastic. The house was lovely and perfect for our needs. I’d like to add that the lanai is surrounded by beautiful greenery that provides privacy and a beautiful ambiance. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. I can’t wait to go back. We already have plans to go again in 2026!

We had a great stay. It was so nice having our own pool and it was a lovely pool! Really enjoyed the grill and the kitchen had all the utensils needed during our stay. Great location and close to so many things!

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay . The house was very comfortable and clean on a nice quiet street. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping. The pool and outdoor sitting area were great! Felt very private in the back yard with lots of tropical palm trees. Very close to the beach, shopping etc. the owners Jan and Gareth were friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Just what was much needed!

Fantastic First Florida Vacation! Wow-we needed rest and relaxation and this was the place. The pool was worth every penny, but it is the location that makes this place perfect! Close to every thing (including a gorgeous beach 🌊🐚🏝️.). Jan was so easy to work with and quick in reaching out and responding. Cute, cozy and comfortable!

Little gem in an excellent location

We stayed at this charming home in January 2024. The space was clean and inviting. Well appointed. The pool area brought instant zen after afternoons at the nearby beaches. Lots of card games and laughter, thanks to ample space for two couples. Communication with the host was excellent. A little bit of heaven on earth

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this little bit of heaven on earth in mid-May. The house was immaculate, comfortable and everything is in great shape. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and the beaches. One of the highlights of the property was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The backyard was a true private oasis. The pool and lanai was actually our favorite amenity of the property. Jan, the property owner is a delight...nearby if needed, but not intrusive. We definitely would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Thanksgiving Week

We would recommend this home to anyone who wants a private pool (has the option of being heated) with a lovely area to drink your morning coffee or unwind and relax after a day of enjoying all that Naples has to offer. We were able to get a good night’s sleep as the beds were comfortable. Jan answered all questions before and during our stay about home and surrounding area. Home is well stocked and if you have forgotten something grocery and other stores are close to home as well as restaurants. Beach is in walking, bike or car ride. Hope to return to this home.

Quiet home but near the Action

Only 1/2 mile off of 41 in a private neighborhood. Quick drive to the beach! Publix, Trader Joe's & Walmart very close. Lots of restaurants in the area! Short drive to downtown Naples and even closer to Bonita Springs. This home is VERY clean! Comfortable with lots of attention to detail. Owner lives next door and is super communicative if needed, but never intrusive! Pool is very private and landscaped beautifully. Both bedrooms have their own entrances to the pool. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Piece of paradise!

My sister and I can't say enough about our stay. Our hosts Jan & Gareth were so thoughtful and nice. The house is exactly as described and very clean. Everything we needed was there and then some. Beds were very comfortable. My favorite thing was the pool! It was like a little piece of heaven. We were in it every day and never wanted to get out. If we weren't swimming we were on the lanai just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The house is perfectly located to everything. Very close to the beach and shopping. Everything you need is close by. We were there for 2 weeks and were so comfortable that we are planning to go back next year hopefully for longer. I should also mention that I brought my little dog along and she was very good in the surroundings. Thank you Jan for all the treats you gave Dolly!!

Heavenly Vacation

Living in Wisconsin I’m always looking for a warm pool. I let the homeowner know my concerns of the cold spell coming to Florida. She reassured me that she’d have the pool nice and hot for me. The pool was an amazing warm temperature and I couldn’t get out of it! I am one that likes to be swimming in the pool rather than sitting by the pool. The homeowner spoiled me!!!! The house is very nice and impeccably clean. Jan had special soaps for us and little samples of toothpaste and etc. if you forget something. The TV area is very comfortable with a brand, new soft cushy sofa and chair. There were plenty of towels and blankets to wrap up in if you need them. The beds were very comfortable. We always come to this neighborhood to vacation so I can’t say enough about all the things there are to do around the area. Thank you Jan for an amazing winter getaway! Andrea and Ed Chao.

Spring Break Paradise

Truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy Naples home! Prior to our arrival I already had communicated with the homeowner who happens to live nextdoor. She was so welcoming! She was very flexible with our arrival and departure times due to our scheduled flights. Upon arrival, my daughter and I were very happy with the cozy feel of the home. It’s a very well-kept house and was also very cleanly. The owners are photographers so we enjoyed looking at all of their beautiful photographs which are framed and displayed throughout the house. The house is well-equipped with all necessities. It had beach chairs, coolers, floats for the pool, beach towels, etc. There were many days that we cooked at the house and there was plenty of basic ingredients for cooking, plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The thing that my daughter and I enjoyed most about this house is the amazing location! It was 1 mile up the street to the beach. It would take us 2 minutes to hop in the car and drive up to the beach. It was also around the corner from several grocery stores and other stores as well. There was an abundance of restaurants to choose from if you enjoy eating out. We also absolutely loved the pool! For a small fee, the homeowner will have it heated for you upon arrival. I definitely recommend it in the early spring. The water temperature was so comfortable for us all week. We got so much use out of the pool. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the Naples area!

My family and I were very impressed with our recent stay. The heated pool provided all day entertainment, and the homes location is amazing for shopping or going to the beach! It is truly everything you need for a great get away!
