The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living area, and a queen sofa sleeper, along with one full bathroom. Coastal-inspired décor, vaulted ceilings, and expansive sliding glass doors create a bright, relaxing space to unwind. Enjoy movie nights on the large smart TV or simply take in the calming waterfront scenery.
Step onto your private balcony and start or end your day surrounded by Gulf breezes. With outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or quiet moments overlooking the harbor.
Located just minutes from downtown Cedar Key, Gulfside Getaway combines convenience with tranquility. Covered exterior staircases and walkways provide easy access throughout the complex, and ample shared parking is available.
Prior to arrival, guests receive detailed check-in instructions and amenity information. The McCormick Management team is readily available throughout your stay to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.
Situated in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island puts you within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Experience the island’s relaxed pace, rich history, and thriving arts scene—or explore by bike or golf cart with nearby rentals.
Cedar Key is highly walkable, making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer at your own pace.
This property is not pet-friendly.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no pool at this property. The pool shown in the aerial photo belongs to a neighboring complex. The building does not currently have a working elevator, and the ground floor is unoccupied while the HOA determines how to move forward with repairs following recent hurricane damage.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles.
