Tim & Deborah Barrans are a semi-retired couple with a love of the Beaufort area. We had to buy this home as a second home and a short-term rental. We look forward to sharing Gritz & Giggles with you. The beautiful oaks with the Spanish moss hanging down are simply magical. You can barely hear taps from the Marine Base. It reminds us of when our daughter graduated from boot camp.

Located in the South Carolina Lowcountry, the beauty and history will capture your soul. Our home is minutes from downtown Port Royal, close to Beaufort (5 minutes), and an easy drive to Savannah or Charleston

Close to Beaufort, Hunting Island beach on the Atlantic, and Marine graduation on Parris Island. Easy trips to Savannah, Charleston, and Hilton Head. It is a magical place you will fall in love with.
