Everything was wonderful! The house was even cuter than the pictures. Sunrise and sunset on the porch were beautiful.Location had easy access to multiple types of entertainment, but the neighborhood was quiet.Neighborhood residents were very friendly.I plan on returning!
This was possibly the most comfortable and thoughtfully appointed rental we've ever stayed at. Mark is a great host and was easy to contact for info about the local area. Clean, exceptionally well located, and in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. If we're ever back in the Lowcountry, we'll stay here again for sure.
We had a fabulous month stay at TideWatch. From the moment we stepped foot into the home, we knew we chose the right property. It was fantastic. Spectacular view, clean and fresh, to all needed amenities. Everything was taken care of and just right. Such a wonderful neighborhood and to be able to walk to Marker 244 restaurant was so idle on many occasions. We highly suggest the fish bites! Port Royal and Beaufort as cute, quaint, and friendly. I wish we could stay at TideWatch all year long. Wonderful accommodating owners. Thank you Melissa and Mark!!
We've stayed here before and hope to go again. The owner is very responsive when we need something. The location is perfect for us. And the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay as always. It just felt like home. You can enjoy wonderful sunrises from the deck over looking the bay, it's just a few minutes from sands Beach and about 10 minutes to downtown Beaufort.
Tide watch is a delightful house iwith a wonderful view in a charming community. The house has everything one needs for a week long stay. Don’t miss the farmers market in Port Royal. It’s fabulous.
We just stayed here for the second time, which was just as special as our first. We appreciate the view, neighborhood and the comforts of home. Thanks for another great vacation!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, well stocked, and in wonderful shape. It's very close to everything and we especially enjoyed being able to walk over to the restaurant at the marina right next door at the end of a long day.
Our stay at Tidewatch in Port Royal Landing was exceptional. The accommodations were perfect, offering stunning views and all necessary amenities. We highly recommend this property and plan to book it again for our next Beaufort visit. You will be very satisfied.
This was our 4th time to enjoy this well equipped and comfortable home. The neighborhood is beautiful with its oak trees and Spanish moss.We love the low country and hope to be back again soon!

We highly recommend staying here! The place was immaculate and comfortable with a lovely view. The location was good—we found it easy to get where we wanted go. We especially appreciated being able to use the pass to Hunting Island State Park—thank you! We would definitely stay here again!
