Upstairs unit with no common walls.
Completely remodeled in 2019.
All new appliances, furniture, beds, widescreen TV. Hardwood floors, crown molding throughout, each room has separate ductless split-system air conditioning. Parking for 2 cars (garage plus alley space in front of the garage door). A detached private third bed/ba (downstairs) is available for an additional fee.

One block from Coronado’s “central park.”
Two blocks to famous Orange Avenue restaurants, banks, shopping, theater, library and tennis courts. World famous Hotel del Coronado and beaches are a casual 10 min walk.

Beautiful Coronado Home

Alan and Leslie were the perfect hosts and their property is so charming. They were both incredibly accommodating and their listing was conveniently located right near town. I had an amazing stay!

This property was the perfect size for us.Very clean with updated and well stocked kitchen and bathroom, great closet spaces and all the available amenities we could ever need.The location is so convenient-a short walk to the park, churches, the library, shopping and the beaches. Love it!

This is our third year staying here, which says a lot. We love the location, having a second room for a possible visitor and the owners make you feel so welcome. It’s been the perfect property for us.

Amazing Property!!

This is our second time staying at one of Leslie and Alan's properties and they are the best. The location is perfect and the condo remodel they completed turned out beautiful. They are one of the best hosts I have come across and am fortunate to have found them. And the location is perfect, short walk to the park, Orange Ave and the beach. We hope to continue coming back.

Great Coronado Stay

The unit is fully stocked and very comfortable. Looks like it was renovated recently. The hosts could not be nicer. The location is truly ideal. The beach is maybe a mile yet the village is a block away. There is a nice park 1/2 block along with a town library. We will definitely return.

Our hosts were excellent, the place was beautiful and the location can’t be beat if you want to walk to anywhere in the town. Those with any disabilities should know that there is a full flight of stairs that need to be used to get to and from the apartment. That was not a problem for us.

Great location and Fantastic Hosts

Four years and counting staying at this amazing property. Leslie and Alan are the most gracious hosts we have ever worked with. All around fantastic!

This is our third time renting from the hosts of this property and the second time renting this specific unit, and we cannot wait to rent from them again. The hosts are incredibly kind, are always so gracious to our children, and always ensure that we are comfortable during our stay. The unit is beautiful and well stocked with all of the necessities, and you cannot beat the location!

Coronado Condo near Specklels Park

This condo was clean and well stocked. The hosts live on site and were readily available if we needed anything but were not overbearing. Generally quiet, though it does back up to an alley, so there is some noise from that. The location has great access to parks, library and Orange Avenue. The Ferry Landing and Beach are 15-20 minutes away walking. The furniture changed slightly from the pictures when we booked, so there was a little less workspace for remote work than we thought, though we were able to make it work. If you have more than one person that needs a desk and you are planning this for remote work, you will have to get creative to make two spaces if you want a traditional desk / table to work from. Also very conveniently located to the library, which has ample work spaces. Definitely would recommend.

This property had been remodeled in 2019 and was really nice. Great location on the island and great owners to deal with.
