The property was recently decorated with high-quality furniture which is extremely comfortable. The penthouse terrace allows you not only to sun bath but as well as to enjoy your meals overlooking the ocean, the farms and appreciate the “sun sets” over this beautiful scenery.

While surrounded by a rural landscape, it is a very short drive to the Arco da Calheta village “center”, where all local services are available in the village shops. The Marina and the golden sandy Calheta beach are a 5 minutes drive away. If you are looking for privacy, relaxation, and luxury this is the property for you.

Super Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und gemütlich, mit Balkone in jede Richtung. Die Aussicht vom Berg zum Meer ist herrlich und Sterne könne auch beobachtet werden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Calheta, gut zum Einkaufen, Essen oder dem Sandstrand. Die Eigentümerin wohnt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und uns regelmäßig Bananen oder Avocados aus dem Garten gegeben. Leider war das Haus beim Checkin nicht richtig gereinigt, es lagern lange schwarze Haare in der Wohnung und im Bad lagen noch Utensilien vom Vorgast herum. Im Schlafzimmer funktioniert eine Steckdose nicht und die Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht bzw. lassen sich nicht richtig verschließen. Alles im allen trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.
