- Bag trash and place it in the bins outside on the side of the house (blue bin is for recycling)

Why they chose this property
This is the Atlanta University Center neighborhood. I attended school at Morehouse College, where my son now attends. We purchased this house in order to support this area and great locations for students, their families and other guests to the city.

This property has seven bedrooms with queen beds in the heart of the city, less than a mile from Mercedes Benz, the Georgia World Congress Center and downtown.
