Enjoy sweeping sea views from your bed in one of the two spacious master suites located on opposite sides of the home, each opening directly onto the pool deck. Step outside to your private seaside pool, rinse off in the open-air outdoor shower, and relax on the covered gallery, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and outdoor dining. The calm sandy-pebbly shoreline offers direct, walk-out access to the bay, where paddleboarding and snorkeling are mere steps away. Enjoy serene views toward Buck Island, watch sea turtles glide past, take in colorful Yacht Club regattas, and enjoy front-row seats to the island's Fourth of July fireworks. If you're lucky, you may even spot El Jefé, the estate's notorious alpha male Green Iguana, sunning himself along the shoreline. Look for his huge dorsal spikes, long curved claws, and iconic white coloring. We look forward to welcoming you!
