We only rent Saturday to Saturday

We are highly recommend to get traveler insurance for cover any accidental damage.

Large fenced yard surrounding the in ground pool. Private dock for crabbing and fishing.
Offering two levels of living space with the ground floor having a den, bedroom with queen size bed, a set of bunk beds, bathroom and laundry room.
The second floor - a living room, 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a kitchen and great room. Nice and cool screened porch off second floor. HVAC, 6 flat screen TVs, wireless internet access, , gas grill, screened porch, in ground pool.
Garage not for guest use.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 12 people on premises at any time. If any more than 12 people will void contract and could cause everyone to be removed with no refund.
Owner will come on Tuesday to clean and maintain pool. Water plants. No large parties allowed. No under age drinking, Police will charge you for it.
No more than one electric golf cart or Tesla. No parking on the grass. If you do smoke outside use an ashtray. No sharp items in pool.

This is a beautiful home and a stunning location. The amenities go far beyond any other rental we have ever stayed in. We had one minor issue with a shower drain, and the property owner came o we and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

Villa Rosa is in amazing condition and is ideally located on a canal and near the beach. Beautiful backyard with a great pool and deck. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great family vacation in Sandbridge!

Wonderful beach and pool getaway in Virginia Beach!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Communication with owner was easy and check in was smooth. The home was clean and well kept and in a really nice neighborhood. Private pool, private kayak and paddle board and canoe, and shaded areas by the pool. I can go on and on.

Great vacation home for our group!

Beautiful community and beach area to enjoy with home in great location. Wonderful property!

We had a great stay at Kevin’s home in Sandbridge! The check in was welcoming as Kevin met us at the house and ensured we had what we needed. Zero complaints. Our four kids loved the pool and trying the various boats! Kevin was great as far as giving us the lay of the land and suggesting local restaurants etc. the house was gorgeous and clean, clean, clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Short bike ride or walk to beach too!

The house was on the canal which my kids loved fishing. The outside setup is everything. You have to drive 10-15 to get to a Walmart or Food lion. The beach is within walking distance. We say dolphins everyday we went.

We enjoyed our stay, despite the horrible house fire across the street. The inside of the house was clean and ready for us. The outside is a lovely area that is both fun and relaxing. The children loved the pool. The house is on a very quiet street and It is a short, easy walk to the beach. We would return to Sandbridge in the future.

Great spot!

Our first time at Sandbridge was so memorable and this property was perfect for our family (5 adults and 2 children ages 4 and 6) The beach is a short walk, not crowded in early June and Kevin had plenty of beach chairs and wagons supplied. The house is clean and comfortable. The outside space features several decks a generous backyard pool a shady cabana and a screened in porch for meals. We recommend it highly! Kevin was helpful and gracious including checking on mid week. Great spot!

Everything we hoped for!

There were so many great amenities at this house. We loved the pool and all of the floats. The cabana was the lovely and great for shade. We enjoyed using the various boats to explore the inlets and the bay. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from the front door to the beach and my 7 and 10 year old kids didn’t Mind the walk at all. The hone was very clean and the kitchen had all the gadgets etc we needed. We loved every minute at this home!

Very relaxing!

Our 3 extended families had a very nice time at this property. The outside layout is beautiful for relaxing, reading, swimming, grilling, fishing,....The walk to the beach is a little farther than expected with a couple little grandkids, but doable. Only complaint is the dehumidifier on the first floor was very loud and not real efficient in drying out the stale air. Put an overhead fan in the screened in porch off the kitchen and you have the perfect breakfast location!
