The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the bathroom toilet drains. Please do not send grease or food waste down kitchen drains. The drains in the area are all older and cannot handle other waste.
Please ensure to clean hair out of the drain catchers by using the drain tool located in each shower niche. If too much hair collects, it prevents water from draining and can flood the lower suite.
If you bring your pet, clean up all pet droppings in the back garden during your stay and at departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For stays exceeding 30 days, 6-hour cleans of the suite are required at 30-day intervals at the guest's expense of $240, arranged by the Host
The back garden is a shared space for the main flr and secondary suite units. Please be respectful of the tenants who share the garden and amenities.
Immediately clean up the back and front lawns of any pet droppings

Location was easy to access stampede via transit or via rideshare! The house was large with 3 larger bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a single bed. The house also had a nice living room, large kitchen and dining room and a (shared) backyard, with the tenant who lives downstairs. The host was quick to respond and the check-in process was very simple. I would recommend this property!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighbourhood

This home has plenty of space and very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with everything you need! The host Maura is very kind, communicates well and is very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped with a great area for enjoying a meal or a coffee. The backyard is charming and the grill worked great. The place is quiet, we didn’t hear any noise through the walls with one of us working in meetings or with hearing the downstairs tenants (who were very respectful). There is a huge beautiful park a short walk away with tennis courts and plenty more parks past that (plus the golf course), there’s a grocery store and great food options nearby and it’s very quick and easy to access the highways from here to get around the city. Airport only 20min away. My mum and I really loved the stay, would happily stay again and highly recommend it!

Overall, this VRBO suited our needs. The renovated bathrooms were nice, there was plenty of space to relax, a nice outdoor area, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transit and a nearby grocery store.That said, there were a few things that would have been helpful to know before booking. The listing did not disclose that this is a shared house, with the basement occupied by another resident. While the property is pet-friendly, there is also an additional 80 pet cleaning fee. The house provides only the bare basics, with no extra blankets or towels and fairly thin blankets. The kitchen is also stocked with only the bare minimum of consumable supplies, and is minimally equipped for anyone planning to cook, with old cutting boards/mats, worn pans, dull knives, and a stove that does not heat unless set to a high temperature.Overall, we had a comfortable stay, but the listing could be more transparent about the shared nature of the property and better stocked for guests staying several days or planning to cook.
