Sunrise Seaclusion, formerly Sea La Vie, a beloved vacation rental since 2013, is a pet-friendly coastal sanctuary offering serene seclusion and old Florida charm. Under new ownership, this tranquil haven welcomes up to 8 guests and 2 dogs at a special rate, promising an unforgettable escape from the daily grind.
This inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage, just a 4-minute stroll from a private beach or the refreshing SummerCamp Beach community pool, blends rustic allure with modern comforts. The open-concept living area, bathed in natural light, offers ample seating for family gatherings, high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected, a DVD player for movie nights, and board games for all ages to spark laughter and bonding.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed for coastal feasts, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle, crock pot, griddle, and blender. Savor fresh-caught fish or sizzling steaks from the charcoal grill on the stone patio, complete with a fire pit and seating for 8 under the stars. After beach adventures, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower or relax on the back screened coastal porch with seating for 8, enveloped by Gulf breezes and pine-scented serenity.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, smart TV, ample storage, and a private ensuite bathroom for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and smart TV, while the third boasts two twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or groups, with premium linens and a variety of pillows throughout. A second full bathroom in the hallway
ensures convenience. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, ironing board, pet bowls, and doggie bags for your furry friends (up to 2 dogs welcome, $100 total pet fee).
For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the front porch, yard, and driveway, with smart locks on the front and rear doors programmed with a unique guest code for secure, contactless check-in. Parking is limited to 4 cars or trucks in the driveway, as noted in our house rules. Sunrise Seaclusion embodies the timeless allure of old Florida. Just 6 minutes away, explore St.

Guests have use of the entire house, front porch, back screened coastal porch, and patio. The private beach and community pool are both a 3 minute walk (there is no lifeguard).
